We started a new tradition this year- we made "boo bags" and snuck around the neighborhood after dark leaving them on our neighbor's door step. Eve and I would take them up there then we'd go hide and David would ring the door bell and run to join us. Here is a picture of Eve leaving 1 of the boo bags.
