Today they held a family get fit bike day at the park. David, Eve, Lila, my mom, and I loaded our bikes up and went for a ride. We rode 3 miles and I'm still trying to catch my breathe- man I'm out of shape! Lila sang from her trailer the whole time- she was our live entertainment. I think we're going to try to do this more often- If they find me passed out in the park you know why....
